It has been about two months since my last post.  At first I didn’t have much to blog about, but then things just got really insane.  Rather than trying to cram eight weeks worth of happenings into one entry, I’ll just give highlights:

I completed my highschool observation hours.

I went to Burlington for Thanksgiving with Dylan’s family, where we had a great deal of fun making Diet Coke and mentos fountains.

I had Thanksgiving with my Mom, Bryan and Dylan.

My final blood check gave me a clean bill of health in terms of my blood clot, and released me from my cumadin prescription.

I was deemed anemic, and started taking liquid iron.  In three months, I will be tested again.  Liquid iron is not tasty.  At all.

My application for financial aid on my medical bills was declined.  Dylan and I are sad.  My mom and dad are being truly awesome though and helping us out with paying for my medication and expenses.
My Aunt Carol came out for a visit.  We went to Black Hawk and generally ran amuk for the entire weekend.
I received a 92% on a customer service evaluation at work.  So I must rule it up a little.

Those were the major events, things have been a little stressful, especially in light of the holiday season.  Last night Dylan and I went over to his parents house and learned how to make hard candy and fudge.  It was cool.  The process is relatively easy, and the candy is good.  We are going to make some more this weekend.  I am hoping to take some photographs, and will try to post them.
